2131 Ride On Bike Instructions
- Take all of the parts from the box and prepare for assembly.

- Take the rear number plate part.

- Locate it in to place on the back of the bike, and secure with two screws from the assembly pack.

- Take two wheels, the rear axle, and the small assembly pack.

- The easiest way to assembly is to first push a washer and securing clip on to the end of the axle. Then take the R wheel and slide the axle through the wheel, leaving the washer between the clip and wheel. Then slide the axle through the body of the bike.

- You should be left with the axle open on the other side.

- Turn the bike on it's side, placing something underneath to prevent damage. Take a washer and the second clip, slide the washer on first, then use a rubber mallet or hammer to punch the second clip in to place. A second person to hold down the wheel on to the axle will help with this stage. The rear wheels should now be secured in to place, double check that both clips are totally secure.

- Take the front wheel and forks.

- Slide it through the body until it comes out at the top. .
- Take the pair of foot rests, you will find that one of the black ends is loose on each one, remove the loose ends.

- Slide the foot rests through the body of the bike, using the silver part on each side, and re-fit the black foot rests, locating them in to place as shown.

- Take two screws.

- Secure the two loose black ends with these screws as shown.

- Take the handlebars.

- Connect the white connector to the corresponding connector on the bike.

- Push the connector in to the body of the bike, making sure it's firmly connected and there is insulation between the body and steering to protect the wires. Secure the handlebars in place with the nut and bolt, which will be found already fitted to the handlebars.

- VERY IMPORTANT - Connect the red and black wires to the corresponding terminals on the battery as shown. Fit the bracket and secure the battery in place.

- Take the seat and securing bolt, fit the seat in to place and secure with the bolt. Do not over-tighten.

- To check the bike, the main on/off switch is on the left-hand handlebar, switch to the 1 position.

- Select forwards or reverse from the fuel-tank mounted switch, and press the red button on the right-hand handlebar, the motor should turn the rear drive wheel.

- The completed bike.

Your bike is now ready to use.
